These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RoosterBot websites and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Booking may be handled through a third-party scheduling provider (for example, Calendly or TidyCal). Your use of those tools is governed by their terms and privacy policies. RoosterBot is not responsible for third-party services.

8) Content you submit
You may submit content through forms, chat, email, or onboarding materials ("Customer Content").
You grant RoosterBot a limited, non-exclusive license to use Customer Content to provide and improve the Services for you. You represent that you have the rights to provide this content.
9) Intellectual property
RoosterBot and its licensors own the Services, including software, templates, designs, and content, except for Customer Content.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services unless you have our written permission.
10) Payments, renewals, and refunds
If you purchase a service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at checkout or in a written agreement.
Plans and renewals: If your service renews automatically, we will disclose renewal terms at purchase.
Refunds: Refund terms (if any) will be stated at purchase or in your written agreement.
Late or failed payments: We may suspend service for nonpayment.

RoosterBot provides tools and services intended to improve lead response and follow- through, but we do not guarantee outcomes, including bookings, conversion rates, revenue, or business results.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
13) Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOSTERBOT WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROOSTERBOT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ROOSTERBOT FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 3-MONTH PERIOD BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
14) Indemnity
If you are a customer, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RoosterBot from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
15) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services:
You may stop using the Services at any time. Termination may not entitle you to a refund unless stated in your purchase terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Services, you agree to the Privacy Policy.
17) Dispute resolution, governing law, and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Idaho unless you and RoosterBot agree to arbitration in writing.
(If you want arbitration, we can add a standard arbitration clause, but it is a real strategic choice.)
18) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
